Candied Nuts
CANDIED NUTS
These are sold during our Fall markets. This recipe can be multiplied.

2/3 Cups Almonds

2/3 Cups Pecans

2/3 Cups Walnuts

2/3 Cups Water
-
1/2 Cups Sugar
-
1 tbsp of one of our rubs

Combine nuts, water, and sugar in a pan on a stove on mid-high heat.

Place 2 feet of parchment paper on the counter.

Stir occasionally.

When the water is almost gone (water will stop forming "puddles" when you move the nuts),

Sprinkle the rub

Turn off the heat

Stir
-
Spread candied nuts on parchment paper to cool (~30 minutes).
